The agency
For the collectors and their owner
The creditors you work for, the accounts they place, and a gate in front of every contact. Your people work fast because the software won’t let them break a rule.
Collections, from Snow AI
Recovery is the collections desk for agencies and the creditors they work for: hospitals, card issuers and more. Before a phone rings, a message goes or a line reaches a credit bureau, one gate checks it and answers allow, hold or block, with the reason and the rule. Then it writes it down.
The gate is in build. One of its rules, the BAA check on a hospital’s placement, already runs in the app. The account below and every figure on this page are invented.

Who it’s for
The agency
The creditors you work for, the accounts they place, and a gate in front of every contact. Your people work fast because the software won’t let them break a rule.
The creditor
A hospital’s accounts are health information, so nothing is placed until the business associate agreement is signed. Every creditor will see what was placed, collected and returned, live.
The person who owes
Plain words, the right to dispute in one tap, a plan sized to what they can pay, and a stop button for texts and emails that every channel honours.
Where Recovery stands
Recovery began on 28 September 2026 with the part that must never be wrong: where an account’s details are kept and who may see them. Nothing goes out to a consumer yet. Calls, texts, email and letters come with the gate, and with the operator’s approval.
Four screens
The details that hurt if they leak are sealed before they are saved, and your collectors see them masked. The agency’s owner or admins can reveal one for thirty seconds, then it masks itself again. The record keeps who, what and when, never the value.

A hospital or doctor’s account is health information. Recovery won’t take one until the business associate agreement is recorded, and dated on or before the placement. The form warns as you choose the creditor; the server refuses whatever the form says.
Sealed fields are sealed on the server before anything is saved.
This creditor is a healthcare provider with no signed BAA. Record the BAA before placing its accounts.
The validation notice, in the CFPB’s model form and plain words: who is owed, how the balance got here, and what they can do. Disputing is one tap, and it stops the clock. A plan is sized to what they can pay, inside the creditor’s limits, with no fees.
Disputed. Collection is paused until we mail you the verification.
What was placed, what came in, what was sent back and what is disputed, by month and by account. A hospital sees its own; nobody sees another creditor’s.
Placed with your agency since July
Her 8am, not yours
A call before 8am or after 9pm where the consumer is counts as inconvenient. When her address and her phone number say different time zones, both clocks must allow it. Move the desk’s clock and watch who can be called.
Offsets as they stand in October, with daylight saving. The gate will read the zone from both the address and the phone number on file.
What’s included
On its own, or inside the Snow AI account you already have. The rules are never an add-on: a desk that can break them is not one we will sell.
For an agency that only needs the collections desk. Its own page, its own plan, the Snow AI sign-in, and your whole team on it.
Add it to the account you use for other Snow AI apps. Anything the account already has is not charged again.
What having it in the family saves. An agency needs more than the desk: calls written out, plans signed, answers about its accounts and training for the phones. Inside a Snow AI account, Transcribe, Sign, Ask and Pitch are ones the account may already have, and none is paid for twice. The figures will be set out here, side by side, once pricing is final.

A Snow AI customer never pays for the same thing twice. If your account already has a capability through another Snow AI product, Recovery uses it and doesn’t charge for it again.
Part of Snow AI
One app in the Snow AI family, on the same sign-in, built to the same HIPAA rules as every other. It hands work to the apps that already do it well.
A course with the collections rules: the disclosure early, the right to dispute kept, and never a threat or a deadline that isn’t real.
About PitchA recorded call in, its words and timings out, so the record says what was said as well as when.
About TranscribeA payment plan the consumer agrees to, signed on their phone, and filed with the account.
About SignQuestions about your accounts, answered from what your agency holds, through the family’s Ask, which keeps no copy.

Partly. An agency can record its creditors, place accounts, keep the sensitive details sealed and masked, and see who revealed or exported what. The BAA rule runs now. The gate, the consumer’s page, payments, the creditor’s view and credit reporting are in build.
No. No email, text, call or letter leaves Recovery today. Outbound contact comes with the gate, under the FDCPA and Regulation F, and with the operator’s approval.
Every call, text, email, letter and bureau line asks it first, and it answers allow, hold or block with the reason and the rule. What the software can stop, it stops: calls outside 8am–9pm local time, an eighth call in seven days, a text after she asked for none, collection during an open dispute. What it cannot judge, it warns about and records.
No. Recovery builds the rules into the work so they are hard to break by accident. Your agency’s counsel still sets its policies, and the rules on this page are a summary, not the full text.
As health information. A business associate agreement first; the service description sealed and shown only as a word count; the minimum necessary on every screen and letter, with no diagnosis or procedure; and Snow AI HQ sees counts only. States that bar reporting medical debt will be honoured by default.
An agency’s members see its creditors and accounts, masked. Its owner and admins can reveal a field for thirty seconds, or export with a reason and a fresh sign-in, and each one is recorded, as is every refusal. Nobody sees another agency’s accounts.
Pricing is being set, and no figure is shown until it is final. Inside a Snow AI account, anything the account already has is not charged again.
Place your first accounts today, sealed from the start. The gate follows.
